ARTICLE 1 ORGANIZATION
The US SAMAGOR Society indexes and organizes a tournament with an INTERNATIONAL character called:
"ITALY WORLD GAMES ", in cooperation with the PARIS WORLD GAMES Society, to be held from 01/07/2024 to 05/07/2024 at the sports facilities: I. CECCARELLI - P.zza Col di Lana snc – Latina Campo Sportivo Borgo Podgora Via Galileo Galilei 34 Borgo Podgora Latina, Campo Sportivo Umberto Zorzan Strada Macchia Grande 95 Borgo Santa Maria Latina Campo Sportivo Borgo Grappa e Campi sportivi Amico.
ARTICLE 2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
To meet the conditions of participation, each player may present a FIGC card from the current season or from a foreign federation.
In the absence of the presentation of the above documents, the player must present a valid medical certificate of fitness for sports practice (less than 18 months), an official identity document as well as parental authorization to minors (or visa for non-EU countries). In case of absence, the player(s) will not be allowed to participate in the match.
It is understood that a player may only participate in one Italy World Games for a maximum of one team (unless an extraordinary, written decision is made by the organization). Players currently serving a suspension from their federation for 3 months/6 games or more may not participate in the Italy World Games.
ARTICLE 3 PARTICIPATION CATEGORY AND AGE LIMITS.
The tournament is reserved for players belonging to the Under 14 category born from 01/01/2010 to 31/12/2011.
5 players born 2012 that already have had their 12th birthday at the date of the tournament can be added to the team roster.
ART. 4 VISUAL INSPECTION OF PLAYERS AND EXEMPTIONS
The central referee or a member of the organization will conduct a visual check of the 2 participating teams before the first match on Friday and Sunday by requesting the supporting documents mentioned in "CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION." A "reserves" appendix will be available at the officials' table in case of a complaint before, during or after the match. No exceptions on age are allowed except by extraordinary decision of the organizing committee. A player who fails to present the above supporting documents or refuses to evade the visual check of identity and equipment will be refused access to the field of play.
As a reminder, for legal reasons, this check will be carried out only in the presence of a tournament official and the relevant educator. A representative of another club may not under any circumstances demand to be present at the time of the said check.
ART. 5 EQUIPMENT
Clubs are required to play their official games in the colors identified on the official Italy World Games website. Team members must be uniformly dressed in their respective club colors: jerseys, shorts and socks. Numbers must match those on the game sheet.
Goalkeepers must wear flashy colors different from those of their teammates, opponents or referees.
In case a player does not wear the same colors as the other players on his team, he shall be refused entry to the field.
In the event that two united clubs wear similar or confusing colors, the 1st club mentioned in the match announcement is required to take jerseys or jerseys of a different color from that of the opponent.
Wearing shin guards is mandatory for all players.
Substitutes must be differentiated from the starters by wearing a different color jersey than the jersey of the starters.
ARTICLE 6 LOANS
Three loans are allowed according to the provisions of c.u. No. 1 FIGC - SGS point 2.6 gatherings and tryouts for young players page 24. Loans are not interchangeable and are valid for the entire duration of the tournament, upon presentation of regular clearance issued by the club to which they belong, which cannot be among the participants in the tournament.
ARTICLE 7 PLAYER LISTS
Participating clubs must submit to the tournament organization, prior to the start of the tournament, the list of players they intend to use during the tournament.
It is prohibited to make changes to these lists after they have been submitted.
The list to be submitted to the referee before the match will indicate up to a maximum of 18 players.
ARTICLE 8 SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions are made on the fly without causing interruption of play.
The incoming player must wait for the exit of the player he is replacing on the halfway line before he can enter the game.
All players on the roster must play at least one half during the day.
ARTICLE 9 TOURNAMENT FORMULA.
2 Groups of 4 Teams; at the end of the rounds, the first and second runners-up of the first group will play respectively with the second and first runners-up of the other group while the third and fourth runners-up of the first group will face respectively the fourth and third runners-up of the other group. The winners of the clashes between the first and second place finishers will make the final 1st and 2nd place while the losers will make the final for 3rd and 4th place; the winners of the third and fourth place finishers of the round will make the final for 5th and 6th place while the losers will make the final 7th and 8th place.
ARTICLE 10 RANKINGS
The rankings will be drawn up according to the following criteria:
3 points for a win - 1 point for a tie - 0 points for a loss
in the event of a tie, the criteria listed in order shall apply:
1/ Direct Clash
2/ best difference between the number of goals scored and goals conceded in all matches in the round.
3/ highest number of goals scored in all matches in the round.
4/ lowest number of cards (administrative penalties) received during all group meetings.
5/ winner of a session of 3 shots on goal .
ARTICLE 11 MATCH TIMES AND CONDUCT
Games will be played in 2 (two) halves of 20 minutes each.
Games are played 11 v 11 on approved fields and will be played with size 5 balls.
ARTICLE 12 PENALTY KICKS
In the event of a tie at the end of regular time, penalty kicks will be taken in the number of 5 for each team until a winner is decreed

ART. 14 REFEREES
The matches will be refereed by OPES referees made available by the tournament organization.
ART. 15 TOURNAMENT DISCIPLINE
A tournament committee will be arranged which, will be responsible for any dispute, protest, complaint or unforeseen circumstances. the committee will consist of the following persons:

The committee will not accept protests or complaints about decisions made by referees
The committee will report to its national or international federation responsible for
take such action as it deems appropriate any player and any member of participating delegations found guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct during the tournament.
ARTICLE 16 TOURNAMENT DISCIPLINE
Discipline of the tournament shall be entrusted to the full or alternate sports judge of the relevant committee.
ARTICLE 17 PENALTIES
Article 45 Paragraph 2 of the Code of Sports Justice does not provide for automatic sanctions for the Chicks category, which, therefore, shall be subject to the measures of the Sports Judge.
The Disciplinary Committee may take sanctions against individuals based on a report from officials or clubs. It is automatically entered into the referees' report and can be entered by clubs via e-mail at info@worldgamesproduction.com
Yellow cards are cancelled after each match.
ARTICLE 18 COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be submitted within 30 minutes after the end of the match, accompanied by the fee of Euro 50.00; a copy of the complaint must be delivered to the other party always within the 30-minute deadline.
ART. 19 ABSENCE OF A TEAM AT THE KICK-OFF TIME
In case of absence of one of the teams at the kick-off time, the victory will be awarded by default to the team present on the field with the score of 3 goals in favor and 0 against. In case of absence of the 2 teams, the game will be given lost in favor of the 2 teams (3 goals to 0 for).

ART. 20 AWARDS.
Each participant receives a medal and each team has a cup.
ART. 21 INSURANCE
It is the responsibility of each participating club to secure insurance coverage for its players. The tournament organizer is responsible for the regularity of the insurance coverage.
ARTICLE 22 I.F.A.B.
Matches shall be played according to the rules of the INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL ASSOCIATIONS BOARD (IFAB) current edition.
ARTICLE 23 GENERAL RULES.
For all matters not provided for in these regulations, the provisions of the federal regulations shall apply, insofar as they are compatible, and those set forth in Official Communiqué No. 1 of the YOUTH AND SCHOOL SECTOR for the current sports season.
